We have been coming to Mazatlán for the last 12 years. Because we fell in love with this city we decided that after retirement we were going to make Mazatlán our permant home. It is a beautiful spot, the people are very friendly and the food is very good. Originally, we wanted a house but we also wanted the house in front of the ocean. Unfortunately, the prices of ocean view houses--as well as the condos-- are outrageous.

After looking all over the city for ocean front places to live we found Paradise Bay Grand and we also fell in love with it. For us were two main things: location and the low price.

Most of our lives we have had a pool. Every single day we had to clean it and maintain it...not anymore! Somebody does that for us.

We love the gym with its most modern equipment...the three of us go exercing three to four days a week.

The owners/developers cannot be nicer. In other projects sometimes you do not get to know them but here they become your friends and they are very accessible.

The sunsets--quipped Tony--they are the most beautiful I have ever seen!

"There are four reasons why I bought in Paradise Bay Grand:

1. Location--It is not in the Golden Zone, where there are too many tourists, too much traffic and people in general. Not in the down town area where it is too busy...It is right in between. I feel that I am in the center of everything, without the noise and so many people...but a very short ride from both areas. Living in el Malecón--promenade/sea front--allows me to do cycling, skating, swimming, jogging.,,right at my doostep

2. The size of the project: Not too big and not too small...There is a great mixture of Mexicans, Canadians and people from the USA. This will continue evolving into a great community.

3. Size of the unit--Again, not too small, and not too big...just perfect!

4. Value: I´ve got a bang for my buck. I want to live here all my life, but if I were to sell it is a sound investment...I will sell it fast and at a good profit"
